Laura-Hope Steckler, Ph.D., C.R.S., R.S.M.T. is a Clinical psychologist, body-psychotherapist, somatic movement therapist and dancer. Her body psychotherapy modality is the Rubenfeld Synergy Method®. American born and trained, she now lives and works in the UK. She works in a chronic pain service in the National Health Service and sees clients privately.

Using the Flash player:
- The online player works best if you have a broadband connnection (cable or DSL), as opposed to dial-up.
- To start, press the Play button in the player above:

- SOUND: The sound level is controlled from the player.
BUT it will only go as loud as your computer's sound setting (and will not give out any sound if your computer's sound is on "mute". To adjust your sound settings on a Windows computer, go to the "Control
Panel," click on "Sound" and adjust the volume. If you
have external speakers, make sure they are on and the volume is adjusted
properly.
